Flooding Event (February 2018) - Property Registration Form

City of Brantford residents affected by the City of Brantford Flooding event in February 2018 may be eligible for government aid.

The City of Brantford is developing a list of the properties registered as being affected by the flood by property owners in the geographic areas designated for assistance. The personal information collected on this form will be used to assist in providing information to applicable City Departments in order to respond to service requests related to damage caused by the flood, or for responding to issues related to the City’s insurance provider(s). This information may also be used to assist the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs in determining areas affected by the flood.
